Organising a workshop is quite the undertaking and these terms and conditions are designed to protect us both. They are pretty straightforward so please do read them carefully, because by booking your place, you agree to the workshop terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

I do understand that very occasionally you may need to cancel your place and the more notice you give me, the better. If you cancel your place more than two weeks from the workshop date, I can either refund your place or transfer you to another course. Cancelations must be given in writing and you need to tell me what you’d like to do at the time of cancellation.

Cancellations within two weeks or less of the workshop are non refundable. You are very welcome to send someone in your place if you wish to, but we are unable to sell your place on your behalf. You must let us know of your intention to do this at the time of your cancellation. Please note that whilst I sometimes keep a waiting list, I will not refund your course fee if you are unable to attend: even if I fill the place.

All course material and workshop content is protected copyright. This copyright is retained by The Cartonnerie and Sabrine den Os reserves the moral right to be identified as the creator. What that means in simple terms is that you may not copy it.
